A Port Byron man convicted of trying to run over a deputy in 2008 has been arrested after leading police on another high-speed chase.
Dale R. Rigby, 47, was charged Tuesday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlawfully fleeing a police officer, reckless driving and several other traffic violations following a pursuit in Onondaga County.
On January 31st, at approximately 10:20 a.m., a state trooper observed Rigby operating a black Chevrolet Impala on I-690 in the Town of Geddes.
